Careesah's classes are mixed levels with focus not only on proper belly dance technique, but fitness and self expression thru music and dance.

Careesah is now teaching weekly private and group lessons in Connecticut. Careesah is available for Middle Eastern Dance workshops,lectures, and performance demonstrations in university dance departments and dance schools.
